Location: Dubai

For our Ral Al Khaimah Factory - We are looking for Factory Manager :

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 05 years UAE / GCC experience in similar capacity with Steel Fabrication / Cable Management System / Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry. UAE driving licence is a must.

Key responsibilities :

Manage the overall day to day operations of the factory
Plan & Monitor production schedules to achieve targets and delivery deadlines
Supervise Comple manufacturing process
Ensure all production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements
Monitor manpower / machinery, raw material and production efficiency
Co-ordinate with Production / QA/QC / Stores / Procurement & Sales Team
Control production wastage, rework and material consumption
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Implement & maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards within the factory
Strong understanding of production planning, manpower management and factory operations
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication drawings
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Must be capable of working in fast -paced manufacturing environment and taking ownership of factory performance
