Location - Dubai

We’re growing our recruitment team and looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who knows how to manage hiring beyond just sourcing CVs.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a mandate, map the market, identify the right talent, engage candidates confidently and take ownership of the recruitment cycle through to closure.

What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Experience handling mid to senior-level positions
• Comfortable working across multiple industries and mandates
• Strong candidate screening and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets
• Recruitment agency/consulting experience would be preferred.
