Platinum Inc. Consultancy is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional for a leading company in Dubai.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, customer account reconciliation, and payment follow-ups. Candidates with Odoo ERP experience will be preferred.

🔹 #KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance & Accounting.
Previous experience handling Accounts Receivable functions.
Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
Experience in customer account reconciliation and outstanding payment tracking.
Odoo ERP experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE business practices.
Experience in preparing receivables reports and ageing analysis.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and process customer invoices and credit notes.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments.
Maintain accurate customer accounts and payment records.
Perform regular customer account reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor receivables ageing reports.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments regarding billing and collections.
Record and allocate customer payments accurately.
Assist with month-end closing and AR-related reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
