🔹 Urgent Hiring | Commercial Quantity Surveyor 🔹
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕒 Experience: 5-6 years (UAE experience is mandatory)

🔧 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations
Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts
Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of UAE experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred)
Proficiency in cost estimation and commercial management
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Experience in large-scale construction or fit-out projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
