We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:

🔹 R&D Manager – Seafood Processing
• 10+ years of experience in seafood/food processing R&D
• Strong exposure to value-added, breaded and processed seafood products
• Experience in NPD, product trials, recipe development and process optimization
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards

🔹 R&D Chef – Seafood & Poultry
• Experience in seafood/poultry product development
• Expertise in breaded, battered, coated and value-added products
• Strong experience in recipe development, standardization and product trials
• Commercial-scale food processing experience preferred

🔹 Sales Executive – Value Added & Breaded Products
• UAE food/seafood/poultry sales experience
• Experience in Retail and HORECA channels
• Strong network with distributors, retailers, hotels and food-service customers
• Experience selling frozen/value-added products preferred

🔹 Head Technical – Seafood / Poultry Processing
• 15+ years of experience in seafood/food/poultry processing
• Strong technical, engineering, maintenance and plant-operations experience
• Exposure to IQF, forming, breaded/value-added and auto-pack lines
• Experience in CAPEX, machinery installation, plant expansion and cold stores
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO/BRC and food safety standards

🔹 QC Manager – Seafood / Poultry Processing
• 10+ years of QC experience in the seafood industry
• Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Coastal Aquaculture or related field
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and microbiological testing
• Experience in raw material, process and finished-product quality control
• Exposure to audits, traceability, RCA and corrective actions
