JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT 📢

We are looking for a detail - oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily accounting entries and financial transactions
• Manage invoices, receipts, payments, purchases, and sales records
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments
• Assist with supplier payments and account reconciliation
• Support UAE VAT calculations and VAT returns
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records
• Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on financial matters

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 1/2 years of accounting experience
• UAE accounting experience is preferred
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of UAE VAT is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ERP, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in trading/general trading companies is preferred

⭐ Nice-to-Have
• Inventory & stock accounting experience
• Customer and supplier statement handling
• Basic knowledge of Payroll/WPS
• Experience preparing quotations, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment vouchers
