📢 WE SOURCE IS HIRING – FOOD HYGIENE & SAFETY EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 10,000 per month
📅 Start Date: First week of October 2026
📆 Contract Duration: 5 Months
📌 End Date: First week of February 2027
⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour lunch break)
📅 Working Days: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain food hygiene and safety standards across operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures, hygiene regulations, and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and identify potential food safety risks.
Monitor food handling, storage, preparation, and service practices.
Maintain food safety records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
Conduct hygiene and food safety training/briefings for staff.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance.
Support internal audits and inspections when required.
Coordinate with operational teams to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
Requirements
Relevant experience in Food Safety, Food Hygiene, or Quality Assurance within F&B/Hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Relevant Food Safety/HACCP certification is preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Willingness to work 6 days a week and flexible operational hours.
