🕒 Experience: 3–4 years in interior fit-out (UAE experience mandatory)

AQC FITOUT LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to support the technical coordination and execution of our interior fit-out and joinery projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, joinery details, and as-built drawings.
Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify discrepancies and missing information.
Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and joinery drawings to resolve clashes before execution.
Prepare technical submittals, material submissions, and requests for information (RFIs); track approvals and close outstanding comments.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical requirements.
Verify site measurements and existing conditions before finalizing drawings and releasing details for production.
Support material quantity take-offs and provide technical clarification to Procurement and Estimation teams.
Provide approved drawings and clear technical instructions to site and factory teams.
Conduct site visits to check that installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
Maintain drawing registers, revision records, approval logs, and technical documentation.
Prepare as-built drawings and support project handover documentation.

🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant interior fit-out experience, with UAE experience mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit knowledge is an advantage.
Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery detailing, and installation methods.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs accurately.
Experience with shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and consultant approvals.
Working knowledge of MEP coordination and applicable UAE authority and building-management requirements.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
