We are Hiring – BIM Modeler - MEP (Swimming Pool Project) – UAE

Gardinia Contracting / Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to join our MEP team, focused exclusively on swimming pool infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities:
✅Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems specific to swimming pools (pumps, filtration, circulation piping, drainage, electrical tie-ins)
✅Coordinate with structural, architectural, and landscape teams to ensure clash-free integration
✅Translate design intent into construction-ready models aligned with UAE standards
✅Support quantity take-offs, shop drawings, and MEP documentation
✅Attend coordination meetings and update models based on design/site changes

Requirements:
✅Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering (or related field)
✅Proven BIM modeling experience in MEP for swimming pool or water feature projects
✅Prior hands-on UAE project experience is essential
✅Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM/MEP coordination tools
✅Strong understanding of pool mechanical and electrical systems
✅Excellent clash detection and cross-team coordination skills
