Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
Identify and engage high-potential talent.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through hiring.
Use social media, job platforms, networking, and direct outreach to attract candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Support the growth of the real estate leasing team.

Experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or sales.
