We are Hiring: Senior Landscape Manager

Join our team to lead landscape and swimming pool projects across large-scale residential and master-planned developments in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
✅Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape and swimming pool packages across multiple live projects — from design development through construction, handover, and defects liability/maintenance
✅Take full ownership of planning and delivering all landscape and pool works, from design coordination through execution, handover, and maintenance — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
✅Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and MEP teams to validate landscape and pool design packages for buildability, cost, and compliance
✅Develop and manage project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules
✅Manage technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawing reviews across hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool systems (filtration, water treatment, pool finishes, MEP interfaces)

Requirements:
✅Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field
✅15–20 years of relevant experience in large-scale landscape and swimming pool projects, including significant time in a senior/leadership role
✅Proven track record delivering landscape and pool works on large residential, mixed-use, or master-planned developments
✅Strong technical knowledge of softscape/hardscape execution, irrigation systems, and swimming pool engineering (filtration, water treatment, structural, and finishing works)
