We are looking for an Accountant with experience in the Real Estate industry to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and financial record management
Strategic financial planning
Budgeting and forecasting
Cost control and expense monitoring
Financial risk assessment and reporting
Maintaining accurate financial documentation and compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Prefer candidates with Real Estate industry experience
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
A valid UAE Driving License is required
Good communication and analytical skills
