Hiring Head of Operations for our client in Dubai

Candidate must be in UAE currently.

● 5-7 years in operations management. Healthcare or clinical setting experience
required.
● Demonstrated success building processes from scratch in high-growth environments.
● Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling systems, and clinical support
operations.
● Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
● Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH) strongly preferred.
