Location: Dubai

We are looking for the following CAD Technicians:

- CAD Dry Utility (Electrical (LV / MV) Street Lighting)
- CAD Wet Utility (Potable Water, Sewerage, Stormwater Drainage, Irrigation)
- CAD Road (Road alignments and layouts/ Profiles and cross-sections/ Pavement markings and signage/ Kerbs, footpaths, and road furniture)

🔹 Qualifications
🟤 Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
🟤 Minimum 5 years of experience
🟤 Proven project experience within the UAE
🟤 Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); Civil 3D highly preferred
🟤 Knowledge of BIM workflows will be an added advantage
🟤 Experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and master developments.

🔹 Role Overview
The CAD Technician will be responsible for preparing accurate, high-quality CAD drawings for infrastructure projects in the UAE, including dry utilities, wet utilities, and road works. The role involves close coordination with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to produce drawings in compliance with UAE authority standards and project requirements.
The candidate will support all project stages, from concept and detailed design through authority submissions, construction drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and timely delivery.
