Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Sharjah
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of inbound calls regarding inquiries, appointments, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer requests.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous CALL CENTER work experience.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and call center tools.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Fluency in English is required.
Compensation:
- Salary range: 4,500AED to 6,000AED per month
- Company visa and medical insurance provided as per UAE labor law
