Hiring: General Finance Accountant - Faham Group (UAE)

Faham Group is looking for a highly skilled General Finance Accountant to join our Group Finance team at our UAE Headquarters.

Role Summary

The General Finance Accountant will support Faham Group's financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting, strong compliance, reliable financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT support, fixed asset management, and treasury assistance. This role collaborates with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, Banking Partners, and External Auditors to maintain financial accuracy and strengthen internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain & reconcile general ledger across business units Record journal entries, accruals, prepayments & adjustments Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements (IFRS compliant) Perform bank, AR/AP, accruals & intercompany reconciliations Manage fixed assets, depreciation & asset register Support banking, fund transfers & treasury activities Assist with VAT filings, compliance & audit preparedness Support ERP systems (Odoo), finance workflows & process improvements Handle AP, AR & other ad-hoc finance tasks
