We are Hiring Logistics Coordinator for one of our client, a leading trading industry in UAE.

Salary : upto AED 6000
Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience :
2 to 3 years’ experience as a FC and Logistics operations manager and Operations team management experience ( >10 associates and large pool of drivers).

Responsibilities
· Prioritize safety in handling shipments both under the roof and on the road.
· Plan and execute morning dispatch wave plans for delivery associates.
· Own the FC and Logistics delivery experience KPIs: Success rate (delivery and pickup), Optimize truck utilizations, improve SPR (Shipments per route), Cost per order
· Coordination with outsource head count provider and manage the hiring, on-boarding, and training associates.
· Continuously optimize the operations processes and enhance the overall productivity.
· Work with TMS (Transportation management system) partner and optimize the route planning process.
· Identify the opportunities in the FC and Logistics flow and come up with the projects to optimize cost and improve speed of delivery.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in operations, FC and Logistics and supply chain
· 2 to 3 years’ experience as a FC and Logistics operations manager
· Operations team management experience ( >10 associates and large pool of drivers)
· Solid on hands demonstration of using excel spreadsheets, excel formulas, google sheets, google forms, creating process flows.
· Hands on experience working on Transportation Management System
