Seeking HR Officer to join an Abu Dhabi Entity.

Job Summary:
The HR Officer supports the HR department in various functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Contract: 1 year
Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparation of orientation materials and completion of necessary documentation.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support the implementation of company policies.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare reports as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Must be in UAE
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
