Business Development Executive – Facilities Management

Job Location – Dubai
Salary - AED 8000 – 12,000 + Commission
Industry – Facilities Management

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years of Business development experience of Soft Facilities services within Facilities Management Company in UAE.
• Should have vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions.
• Must have experience bringing new business, managing existing accounts, contracts, renewals, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
• Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of soft services like Facade Cleaning, Pest Control, Water Tank cleaning, Swimming Pool Cleaning, Building cleaning, Housekeeping services, deep cleaning service etc.
• Must have experience in contract management Asset Management, Planning and Engineering Cost & performance Management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
