· Resident Engineer
· Assistant Resident Engineer
· Senior Architect
· Senior Structural Engineer
· Senior Mechanical
· Senior Electrical Engineer
· Senior Planning Engineer
· HSE Engineer
· Document Controller

All candidates must have held a similar position before.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
· Preference shall be given to those fitting the following profile:
· Having a minimum of 12 years’ experience in a related field, with 7 of those years being in the UAE
· Having a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience in Dubai
· A Degree holder, with a full-time degree in a respective field
· Knowledge and exposure of Villa Projects
· Already resident in the UAE
