We are looking for #receptionist for one of our Club/Gym in Abu Dhabi
“IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY”
Job Description
· Meet and greet visitors (customers) and assist them.
· Answering calls and taking messages.
· Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department.
· Checking general emails and allocating to respective team or folder.
· Filing all documentation correctly.
· Keeping the reception area tidy.
· Photocopying and scanning documents.
· Promptly coordinating with departments.
· File important documents and keep them well organized
Eligibility Criteria:
· Honesty & reliability
· Presentation & communication skill
· Similar experience is a plus
Available to join immediately in Abu Dhabi
