Our company is looking for a full time Office Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
·Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
·Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
·Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
·Maintaining general office files related to the company’s operations.
·Purchasing office supplies.
·Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Qualifications:
Open to Filipino nationality
Female, 29 years old and below
With at least 2 years of experience in Administrative role or any related field
Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized.
