We are looking for Female HR Manager for a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in Dubai for a company strength of 1000+.

Nationality: Any Arabic National
Gender: Female

Recruitment: Experience managing a team of recruiters, managed mass hiring and recruitment drive and managing assessment center.

Employee relation: Well knowledgeable of UAE labor law when it comes to employee separation, disciplinary action, performance improvement plan, salary deduction etc

HR Digitalization: Preferred experience in implementing HR system and automating HR process
