Title: Consulting Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Tasks & Responsibilities

· Assisting in client acquisitions and actively supporting senior managers/principals with business development.
· Leading all main projects while managing and coaching the team accordingly.
· Managing clients’ expectations across the organization.
· Aligning project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc.

Technical skills and other qualifications
· 4-5 years of experience in Management Consulting.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
· Willingness to travel extensively mainly to Saudi Arabia.
· Experience in implementing operational changes.
· Knowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to, process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM is a plus.
· Fluent command of English is required. Arabic is a plus.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel)
· Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
