Our Company is looking for Arabic Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to contribute to the achievement of Company's ECommerce Platform, coordinating sales activities and maintaining good customer relationships.
He/She will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency as well as generating reports.
Requirements and skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
