Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the Insurance Companies for the insurance of customers’ vehicles.
· Register customers’ vehicles with the Traffic Department and follow-up.
· Co-ordinate with Personnel & Administrative Officer on issues relating to new recruits in terms of visas, housing and all licenses and documentation required for legal purposes.
· Prepare all documents relating to visas, sponsorship, labour cards, licenses and permits in Arabic for submission to the appropriate Authorities.
· Liaise with the HR Executive to ensure that the personnel files include all the information requested by regulations prevailing in the UAE and are up to date.
· Follow up the Company’s various transactions with the Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Banks, Ministry of Economy, Insurance Companies, Travel Agency, etc.

Education: A Diploma/High School Certificate
Experience: A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position, with extensive knowledge of local labour and immigration laws.
Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic
Software: Computer literate
