Do you have a passion for HR and a knack for organization? We're seeking a bilingual (Arabic & English) HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's thriving Real Estate industry!
Responsibilities:
Support HR with daily operations & administrative tasks.
Coordinate recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Manage employee records & databases (accuracy & confidentiality).
Assist with employee relations & HR inquiries.
Organize training sessions, workshops, & HR events.
Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports).
Collaborate with other departments for seamless HR processes.
Handle general office duties & provide administrative support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in HR or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years' HR or administrative experience.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic & English (written & spoken).
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Confidentiality & ability to handle sensitive information.
