We are currently looking for Marketing Specialist for our company Ajmal Perfumes.

Brief Job Responsibilities:
· Reporting and working closely with the Marketing Manager in all activities related to marketing, advertising, social media, PR, Events and activation. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership of duties on tasks assigned.
In line with the overall band strategy the Executive will focus on ensuring that all Ajmal perfumes campaigns are relevant for international markets.
· Responsible for brand management, developing marketing campaigns in liaison with various verticals of Ajmal catering to non-GCC markets such as the International Market division of Ajmal and Travel Retail, for all marketing support required.
· Playing an active role in the development of marketing campaigns and promotions across brands 360 integrated campaigns for ATL, BTL, social media, Activations, and PR as briefed and required for international markets.
· He/she will also play a key role in creating regular content for social media aligning with agencies.
· Development of all POS assets and ensuring that all creative materials are suitable for use as per the brief of the relevant market.
Identify current market trends, gather competitor’s data, and identify consumer insights to increase brand penetration and brand loyalty in the market.

Key Requirements:
· Minimum 4-8 years of proven experience in Advertising / Marketing
· Expert in content development skills, a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
· Analytical mindset, creative & critical thinking.
· Excellent communication skills, solid organizational and multi-tasking skills, awareness of social-media trends.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
